This experimental platform showcases National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) data in Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) format. Our goal is to facilitate the integration of provider data into FHIR-based healthcare systems.

How to Use
- Enter a provider's name or NPI number in the search bar.
- Select a result from the dropdown menu.
- View the detailed FHIR-formatted NPPES data for that provider.

FHIR Extensions
We utilize custom FHIR extension resources to capture variables that don't have direct mappings between NPPES and FHIR. Detailed definitions of these extensions will be provided soon.
